Promoting unity and diversity on Harmony Day
On Friday, we celebrated Harmony Day – a special day dedicated to promoting unity and diversity, the importance of living together in peace, and respecting each other and our differences.
We would like to acknowledge our community for their incredible input and engagement on Harmony Day. It was a treat to see so much ORANGE splashed around the school, and to see many of our students wearing their traditional dress.
Thank you to our 5/6 students for organising and running the fun activities on the day – our students loved making paper crowns, bracelets, and paper chains.
“Wearing Something orange on Harmony Day shows that you believe in an inclusive Australia where everyone is welcome, and everyone belongs”
