Celebrating Lent
Last Wednesday we celebrated the beginning of Lent.
Our Ash Wednesday Mass was a lovely way of showing how we can love a little more, help a little more, and give a little more during Lent this year.
During Mass, we each received the symbol of the cross on our forehead with ashes made from burnt palm leaves. This symbol of the cross reminds us to be more helpful, kind and loving everyday.
